-Specializes in turning around properties that have a history of non-success and making them profitable and self-sustainable.
Yannick Kemmache - General Manager
-11 years of experience in the hospitality field throughout multiple successful and well established restaurant companies in Miami-dade County.
-Business management degree with a minor in entrepreneurship from the florida International University school of business.
Specializes in the efficiency and creating systems that make a restaurant run like a fine tuned machine. Training + managing staff and creating a very happy work environment for everyone.
Mark Grigsby - Executive Chef
-15 years of experience in the hospitality field as a chef throughout multiple successful and well established restaurant companies in Miami-dade County.
-Culinary Degree at "Le Cordon Bleu" Miami, Florida.
-Specializing in creating systematic procedures and driving standards of execution. Ability to create and bring to life customs menus of various cooking styles with a preference of preparing American Fusion and seafood dishes.
